Sarah Schütte

Sarah is a solicitor-advocate, CMC Registered Mediator (accredited by CEDR), CEDR Early Neutral Evaluator and trainer, specialising in construction, engineering, technology and infrastructure projects. Her niche practice in project management and CAPM-PMI® accreditation add a useful and unusual technical edge. She has had a tri-partite legal career: early years in City law firms, a decade as Senior Counsel in-house for both client (London Underground and TfL) and professional services (WSP) and, since 2014 an independent consultant to industry. Sarah has extensive experience in the Building Safety Act and has advised on various remediation works contracts and live projects and supported conveyancers and experts in property transactions, as well as teaching practical legal workshops and for MBL Learn Lives, Webinars and Seminars.
