You can top up your Smart Plan via the 'My MBL' Dashboard Sign In if you are a registered SmartPlan contact. Select "View my bookings" and then simply change the 'View' dropdown filter and select "View SmartPlan balance" to load your information. Then select "Top Up SmartPlan" and the required top-up amount, enter your Purchase Order (if applicable) and agree to the MBL Terms and Conditions. Alternatively, contact us on +44 (0)161 793 0984 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays)

We accept payment by BACS and Credit/Debit card. Full details are included on your invoice.

You can pay your invoice/s by BACS, quoting the invoice number/s as your reference. Yes, all Learn Live events are recorded. The recording and a link to the course materials will be emailed to all delegates regardless of whether they attended within 2 working days of the session ending

Yes, you will still receive a copy of the recording if you were booked but not able to attend

Login details are sent to your email 5 days before the event. Please check your email Spam folder (sometimes called the "Other" or "Unfocussed" folder on Outlook). To make your online course attendance stress-free and simple, it’s important to troubleshoot any technical issues in advance. Please refer to our system check page System Check for more information.

We hold a drop-in session every Wednesday at 10am-11am (UK). Each session provides an opportunity to speak with a member of our Learn Live team and troubleshoot any technical issues you may be experiencing in advance of a live session. The link for the drop-in session is Delegate System Check

CPD certificates are generated when a webinar has been watched and the knowledge based questions correctly answered. Your CPD certificate is available to download anytime after that via the 'My MBL' section of the MBL website here. "My digital content", "View my digital content", "Completed Courses" and then "Download Certificate"
