This error normally occurs because your firewall is blocking the incoming audio/video stream. If you have an IT team, please ask them to check the firewall settings.
If your browser does not support HTML 5 video, please switch to a modern browser such as Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
There is a fault with the web browser cache. You will need to clear the browser cache on your computer for the webinar to continue. If you require assistance please contact our technical team.
Learn Live checklist
We use either Adobe Connect or Zoom for our Learn Live sessions. Please refer to your login details (which are sent 5 days before the course date) to confirm the format on which your session will be taking place.
