The session will provide invaluable practical insights on how the RRA is likely to work in practice, and what practitioners should be doing to get prepared.

A summary of tenancy deposits in assured shorthold tenancies including the current legislation, how and when the legislation applies, the sanctions for non-compliance, and upcoming changes.

It will include:
