What can a social landlord do when it discovers one of its tenants misrepresented their position to obtain the tenancy?

This advanced training is aimed at lawyers and those working in social housing in England with experience of and interest in residential possession work and the social housing sector. It focuses on the ability of social landlords to recover properties which it transpires at some stage after the start of the tenancy have been allocated in reliance on a relevant misrepresentation or omission by or on behalf of the tenant.
