Loretta Maxfield

Loretta Maxfield is a Partner in Thorntons Data Protection Team. Loretta is recognised in data protection in Chambers & Practice. She sits on the Law Society of Scotland’s Sub-Committee for Data Protection and she is qualified in both Scots and English law. Loretta advises a range of sectors in relation to data protection and freedom of information and is highly experienced in supporting organisations build and maintain a comprehensive data protection framework.
