Introduction

Clients with mental health problems get into legal problems like any other client and a lot more. These can make their condition worse. Clients with mental health issues often do not get access to justice.

By attending this virtual classroom seminar, it will enable you to advise clients who have connected legal problems which may be directly related to the disorder or make the disorder worse.

This live session is aimed at solicitors, barristers and caseworkers who represent clients who are detained under Mental Health Act and other clients with mental health problems.
