The clock is ticking with the first phase of provisions under the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 (‘RRA’) planned to come into force on 1st May 2026. The RRA brings in a host of new requirements for landlords which legal practitioners will need to get to grips with, from consent to pets to limiting rent increases.
