Module 5: Pensions in a Nutshell
This module will consider:
- PAGs 1 and 2
- Recent case law on pensions
- When to secure a PODE report, applying Module 3
- When it may be appropriate to divert from equal division of income at retirement
- Common pitfalls in the instruction of a PODE and therefore in reports
Module 6: Spousal Maintenance with Reference to MPS
The module will consider:
- When spousal maintenance orders are likely to be made
- The level of appropriate maintenance
- The length of Pps orders
- Stepped orders
- When income clean breaks are achievable
