Introduction
Just over two years on from the entry into force of the Consumer Duty, this new virtual classroom seminar will examine how the Regulator has looked to use the Duty in practice, considering both the use of the Duty in relation to compliance issues and the use of the Duty in future regulatory approach.
This new virtual classroom seminar will discuss issues relating to product governance and price and value, distribution and outsourcing, and, as the Regulator looks to support growth, proportionality when implementing the Duty.
