Compliance with FCA's Consumer Composite Investments Regime
Speaker
Introduction
The Consumer Composite Investments (‘CCI’) Regime is the UK’s new regulatory framework for retail disclosure for investment products. It is intended to replace the existing UK PRIIPs KID, UCITS KIID and NURS KII. It aims to provide consumers with clearer, more useful information when making investment decisions. The rules come into force on 8 June 2027, aligning disclosure requirements more closely with the Consumer Duty and modern retail investment distribution.
The regime applies to a broad range of retail products, including funds, structured products, and certain insurance-based investments, improving comparability whilst allowing firms flexibility in presenting information. Firms must produce a ‘Product Summary’, combining required disclosures with more flexible presentation than current regimes.
This 30-minute webinar explains the CCI rules, practical implications, and how firms should prepare. It is ideal for lawyers, FCA-regulated professionals, and financial services practitioners.
