Aimed at non-specialist practitioners and those moving into the field of company law for the first time, this webinar will consider some of the key provisions of the Companies Act 2006 (CA 2006) and related changes implemented by the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act (ECCTA), which received Royal Assent on 26 October 2023.
