Community Care & The Children Act - Latest Update
Introduction
This is a practical course, identifying key themes in relation to community care legislation as it affects children across different statutory schemes and in relation to various public bodies with powers and duties in relation to children. The course will consider recent developments in case law and guidance and offer case studies to support understanding.
