Introduction
This live broadcast session will build on developments which have occurred in relation to the Care Act 2014 since it came into force.
It will include an analysis of decided cases under the Care Act and related legislation such as the Localism Act 2011 and Mental Capacity Act 2005 and will look at how community care legislation has developed and its interaction with other statutory schemes.
It will also review emerging areas of challenge and likely future issues.
