Introduction

While carbon mitigation remains the most established pillar of corporate sustainability, the strategic mandate for CxOs is rapidly expanding. We are entering a new phase where climate adaptation, nature-related risks (such as biodiversity loss and water stress), and human capital management are becoming financially material and non-negotiable both for reporting and for long-term value creation.
