The All New Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act - Live with Colin Beaumont

It is a major piece of legislation for criminal practitioners and consists of some 209 sections and 21 schedules.
With the first commencement order bringing certain sections into force on 12 May, 29 June and 1 August it will not be long before parts of the legislation become a real issue in everyday practice.
