Ben Williams

Ben is a solicitor at Kennedys Law LLP. Ben previously worked in the HMRC Solicitor’s Office where he gained experience on anti-money laundering enforcement, including cooperation with other law enforcement agencies. He is a tax disputes specialist with particular expertise in HMRC’s criminal and civil investigative and enforcement powers.
