This virtual classroom seminar is designed to ensure that delegates are confident in advising older and vulnerable clients.

• How to form an opinion as to a person’s capacity to make a will
• How to draft Lasting Powers of Attorney, including the new digital powers
• How to apply for an appointment of a financial deputy
• How to advise clients about gifts to avoid care fees and the deliberate deprivation rule
• When the NHS and Local Authority is responsible for meeting health and care needs, including charging for care
