Introduction
This virtual classroom seminar provides an easy to understand and practical guide for all family law practitioners as well as offering insight for criminal practitioners looking to develop their understanding of how the family court interacts with the criminal jurisdiction.
As well as providing some practical tips, this live session will look at the interplay between criminal and family law. The emphasis will be on where and when criminal law concepts and procedures are used in the family court and when they are not. This live session will also look at how to plead a case in the family court as well as best practice in obtaining disclosure between the two jurisdictions.
