Introduction

The Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 received Royal Assent on 24 May 2024. While the majority of the Act has not yet commenced, there are some significant changes in the Act that practitioners may wish to prepare for in advance of commencement. There have also been several consultations setting out proposed detail, with further consultations expected.
