Introduction

Aspects of landlord and tenant laws are about to change significantly following introduction of the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 on 24 May 2024. Whilst the Act has yet, for the most part, to formally commence, there is a substantial amount in the legislation which landlord and tenant litigators will need to adapt to.

The Act brings with it substantial changes to the service charge regime. This session will take a look at the key changes, including the impact on legal costs.
