Introduction

New for Autumn 2026, this virtual classroom seminar will help you to understand the key moving parts for the transition from using JCT 2016 to JCT 2024 suite.

With the 2016 suite being withdrawn imminently and all users being urged to adopt the 2024 suite, it is important for project participants and their advisers to get to grips with the new 2024 suite and understand what has changed and why before using it. Important things have changed and they may affect how you tackle a project, advise, plan and deliver. This Learn Live is therefore based in readiness, to help you prepare, whatever your role is.

JCT publishers are keen to show modernisation of the suite, so this live session will link into the practical by summarising the new risks, challenges and opportunities.

If you are looking to learn more about latest JCT contract, transition away from the old 2016 into the new 2024 suite and recognise that you need to get ready to use it, then this course is for you.

Suitable for anyone in industry involved in JCT projects, those performing the Contract Administration role and project advisers (legal, insurance, financial, etc).
