Introduction
Whilst the Operational Resilience Regime only came into force on 31 March 2025, this was preceded by a 3-year transitional period. It follows that regulated firms should have embedded risk culture as it relates to operational resilience by now.
The purpose of this session is to pragmatically consider how to build effective risk teams and embed risk culture. This practical exploration of effective risk teams and risk culture as it relates to operational resilience requires context in respect of the requirements of the operational resilience regime.
This session will be suitable for senior managers and those who are certified within PRA and FCA regulated firms, compliance professionals and legal professionals from FCA and PRA regulated firms and compliance financial services policy professionals and legal professionals more generally.
