Legal Design in Practice - An Interactive Workshop

Introduction

Presented by expert speaker Marco Imperiale, this new virtual classroom seminar will provide legal professionals with the opportunity to apply legal design methodologies to real-world legal challenges.

Consideration will be given to developing user-focused legal solutions through design thinking and how to integrate legal design into professional practice.

This workshop offers an immersive learning experience and will include breakout sessions, practical discussions, and hands-on exercises with feedback.

• Implementation and next steps
• Advancing legal design through higher-level application (level 2 and 3 of the Leonardo framework)
• Measuring success and continuous improvement
