Individual Voluntary Arrangements - Problems & Solutions Explored
Speaker
Introduction
The Individual Voluntary Arrangement (‘IVA’) is the most used individual insolvency procedure, accounting for 57% of all individual insolvencies in 2025.
IVAs often involve balancing competing interests of creditors and the debtor, which can give rise to some tricky issues.
This new virtual classroom seminar is suitable for insolvency practitioners and solicitors and will cover some of the problems which may arise and some potential solutions to those problems.
