The government has also stated that it will be publishing a Draft Leasehold and Commonhold Reform Bill in the second half of 2025 and the course content will be updated as further developments emerge.

Designed specifically for residential property lawyers (rather than managing agents or enfranchisement specialists), this session offers a highly practical update on how the law is set to change and what this is likely to mean for day-to-day conveyancing.
