The SRA’s Fair Treatment Rules make it clear - law firm leaders have a duty to prevent and proactively challenge unfair treatment in the workplace. Recognising unacceptable behaviour - and knowing how to respond in a way that is constructive, proportionate and in line with your obligations - is not always easy.
