Beyond the Ten Commandments - Advanced Cross Examination
Introduction
Many of you will have experienced Professor Alastair Hodge’s take on Irving Younger’s ‘Ten Commandments of Cross Examination’ - whether on the Advocacy component of the Professional Skills Course or via his ‘Art of Civil Advocacy’ session.
Now, Alastair returns to take the Ten Commandments to a new level.
In this virtual classroom seminar, Alastair will revisit all the Commandments and examine each one in a way geared towards the more advanced advocate.
As ever, many anecdotes and stories will be told!
