Introduction

This 9-hour virtual classroom session (split over 3 dates) is suitable for trainees, newly qualified solicitors and litigation support staff who want a better understanding of why things have to be done and not just what has to be done. Legal secretaries and non-legal staff may also find this of interest.

The session will provide you with a good basic understanding of the litigation process and increase your ability to assist clients.

It will provide the building blocks to provide the complete picture for the civil litigation landscape and explains how the Rules and Practice Directions work together to provide you and your support staff with the route map through successful litigation.

With examples taken from actual cases you will see what the CPR has to offer you for providing you with successful on-budget outcomes and providing clients with achievable results.

You will be invited to ask questions through the interactive features of our online classroom session with the speaker, Claire Dawson-Pick who works in private practice.
