Jennifer Tragner

Jenny Tragner is a Chartered Accountant and ATT fellow with over 20 years of experience in professional services. Now a partner at S&W, she has previously held roles at KPMG and R&D specialist ForrestBrown, building a reputation as a subject matter expert and known for her technical expertise and integrity. Jenny specialises in advising companies on all aspects of R&D tax reliefs, particularly complex cases ranging from proactive advice on structuring R&D projects and expenditure through to dispute resolution. She has worked with R&D businesses from a broad range of sectors, ranging from university spin-outs, to fast growth technology businesses to many of the UK’s leading innovators. Jenny is a regular author of technical articles and thought leadership on R&D tax policy and in 2022 was invited to give evidence to Parliament during the House of Lords inquiry into the R&D tax relief reforms.
