Amy Harley

Amy is a solicitor in the Planning team based in Brodies’ Edinburgh office. Amy joined the team in July 2024, having trained in house with a public sector regulator. Amy acts for a broad range of clients, including renewable energy developers, landowners and public sector organisations, advising on all aspects of the planning process, in both contentious and non contentious matters. She has experience supporting energy and infrastructure projects and regularly works on compulsory purchase and related infrastructure matters.
