Anne-Marie Boyle

Anne-Marie is a Partner and Co Head of Doyle Clayton’s Bristol office, advising employers and senior executives on a wide range of employment law matters. With over 30 years’ experience, she supports organisations from start ups to global multinationals, and is known for her accessible, commercial and pragmatic approach to managing workplace risk. Her practice includes complex Employment Tribunal litigation, particularly discrimination and whistleblowing claims, as well as grievances, investigations, disciplinary and capability processes, redundancy and senior exits, and she is highly experienced in TUPE and menopause related workplace issues. Anne Marie is also a part time Employment Tribunal Judge, appointed in 2021, and an accredited mediator.
