Robert Wilkins
Rob has over 25 years' experience managing and resolving complex, high value disputes arising out of major international infrastructure and energy projects. He has advised states, SOEs, owners and contractors on a wide range of projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including roads, airports, FPSOs, petrochemical plants, power stations, pipelines, industrial developments and upstream and downstream oil facilities. Rob has conducted arbitrations under most of the major arbitration rules, including UNCITRAL, ICC and LCIA as well as in ad-hoc arbitrations. Rob also represents clients in investment treaty arbitrations and recently acted for an African state on two investment treaty arbitrations under the auspices of the ICC which concerned alleged breaches of the treaty protections and public international law.
