Scott Steinberg

Legal Director, Fox Williams LLP. Scott advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters and has been the lead associate on cases brought in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal. He acts for clients in numerous sectors including in technology (Scott has a particular interest in AI and has written numerous articles for Fox Williams), fashion, publishing and travel. Scott also advises clients in relation to trade mark and design filings, overcoming registration issues and trade mark oppositions and cancellations.
