Stacy is head of the international private wealth team at Bolt Burdon and specialises in advising UHNW and HNW individuals, globally mobile families, and cross-border estates on UK tax exposure, trusts, and estate planning. She also provides expert guidance on the new Foreign Income and Gains (‘FIG’) and Long-Term Resident (‘LTR’) tax regimes, ensuring clients are equipped to navigate the evolving UK tax landscape. Stacy offers advice to clients with assets across multiple jurisdictions and assists with pre-immigration and emigration planning tax planning.
