Partner, DLA Piper UK LLP. Imran has extensive experience of complex sourcing projects, such as outsourcing and BPO arrangements, and frequently involving projects with a multi-jurisdictional ambit. He has particular experience of working with clients in respect of their critical sourcing arrangements, having recently advised an international financial services client on a major outsourcing of its regulated fund administration services. In addition, Imran works extensively in the technology space, advising clients in particular on agile implementations and deployment of the full range of artificial intelligence technologies.
