Lisa Ventura MBE FCIIS is the Chief Executive and Founder of the AI and Cyber Security Association (AICSA), with a remit to drive innovation, standards, and policy to create a safer, more resilient digital future. As a consultant Lisa also provides cyber security awareness and culture change training works with cyber security leadership teams to help them collaborate more effectively. She has specialist knowledge in the intersection of AI and security, the human factors of cyber security/social engineering, cyber psychology, neurodiversity and diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion (DEIB).
