Andrew Pavlovic

Andrew Pavlovic is a Partner specialising in SRA professional discipline and regulatory investigations. He has substantial experience advising firms and individual lawyers facing regulatory investigations or prosecutions, including negotiating regulatory settlement agreements and conducting complex proceedings before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. Andrew is regularly instructed in relation to sexual misconduct allegations, as well as allegations of unfair treatment, bullying and harassment, and he provides partner behavioural training on the SRA’s rules on the treatment of colleagues and workplace environment guidance. He frequently advises alongside partnership and employment specialists where internal investigations may trigger self reporting obligations to the SRA or other regulators, and also advises on issues such as own interest conflicts, misuse of client account, criminal allegations and AML authorisation. Andrew previously acted for the SRA in disciplinary proceedings and appeals, giving him valuable insight into the regulator’s approach
