Sophie Gibson

Sophie specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial property law, with a particular interest in land registration, trusts, real property and Chancery issues. Sophie teaches Land Law at the University of Cambridge alongside her barrister practice. She is on the editorial team of the main practitioners' textbook on residential landlord and tenant law, the Encyclopedia of Housing Law and Practice, and has drafted entries relating to the Renters’ Rights Act 2025.
