Christine Tretzmueller-Szauer

Christine is a senior legal professional with extensive international corporate governance and corporate law knowledge and is currently heading the Corporate Governance practice of a Legal 500 UK law firm. Prior to this, she held nearly 10 years a leading role in the dedicated groupwide corporate governance department of Deutsche Bank AG, where she was key to the development of the function and led the team in the UK. She had a specific responsibility for the development, implementation and monitoring of the group’s internal corporate governance.Christine has worked in Frankfurt, advising international and national groups and corporations in major transactions with respect to corporate governance issues and corporate restructurings. She is a native speaker in German and holds an LLM from Boston University, a Masters in Law from the University of Vienna and is a solicitor admitted to the bar in Frankfurt/Germany.
