Garry Sturrock

Senior Associate at Brodies LLP, Garry advises clients on all aspects of family law, including separation, divorce, cohabitant’s rights, pre-nuptial agreements and child related issues such as residence and contact disputes, adoptions and children’s hearings. He has a particular interest and experience in child cases and was added to the roll of Child Welfare Reporters and Curators ad litem in August 2020 for Aberdeen Sheriff Court and Peterhead Sheriff Court. He is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Family Law Specialist and a Child Law Specialist, and is a former President of the Aberdeen Bar Association.
