Poppy Kemp

Landmark Chambers. Poppy specialises in all areas of residential and commercial property and planning law, with particular interests in landlord and tenant law, rating and valuation, and property issues in planning disputes. Before becoming a barrister, she was a research assistant at the Law Commission, contributing to the drafting of the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024.
