Jody Atkinson

Barrister at St John’s Chambers, Jody is a national level expert on the Child Support Act 1991. He acts for both mothers and fathers and can make sense of and effectively challenge the decisions of the CMS. Unlike most family lawyers, he regularly appears in the First Tier Tribunal and has had several successful appeals in the Upper Tribunal.
