Francis Chan

Francis heads the Employment and Corporate Commercial and Litigation practice at Titanium Law Chambers LLC, a Singapore based multi-service law firm of which he is a co-founder. His employment practice focuses on complex employment disputes, as well as advising corporate and institutional clients on regulatory compliance matters and regulator management in Singapore. Francis has also been appointed by institutional clients as lead independent investigator to investigate into whistleblowing complaints and employee misconduct. He advises and acts for a multitude of clients including MNCs, financial institutions, listed companies, banks, SMEs, and C-suite employees.Francis was recognized in the LexisNexis 40 Under 40 List in 2023. He is also an Accredited Mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Institute, a Certified Professional with the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP), and an active member of the Singapore HR community. Francis is also an Adjunct Professor at both the Singapore Management University and the Singapore University of Social Sciences, teaching law elective courses on the topic of employment law and industrial relations in Singapore.
