Dilpreet Dhanoa

Barrister at Field Court Tax Chambers, Dilpreet is a leading junior barrister practising from Field Court Tax Chambers, with a broad practice in both direct and indirect tax, as well as commercial litigation. She has appeared at all court levels up to the Court of Appeal and Privy Council, and in domestic and international arbitrations. A Chartered Tax Adviser with an MSc in Tax Law from Oxford, she advises a wide range of clients on complex tax matters and is a member of the Attorney General’s C Panel of Counsel. Her background includes private practice in the Middle East and time with a Big Four firm, with sector expertise in financial services, property, construction, and investment funds. Dilpreet sits on the Editorial Board of British Tax Advisor and is also a published contributor and editor on major tax texts, a regular conference speaker, and a guest lecturer at leading universities.
