Hannah Jones

Hannah is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team at Leeds Day LLP and has specialised in real estate matters since qualifying in 2016. She advises on a broad range of commercial property matters, with particular expertise in landlord and tenant work and secured financing. Her case load also includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases for owner occupation or investment, licences to occupy, easements and the property aspects of corporate disposals and acquisitions. Hannah acts for a diverse client base including global banks, large businesses with nationwide portfolios, charities, local clubs, individuals and family businesses. Her experience ranges across sectors such as manufacturing, charity, healthcare, property investment, finance and hospitality. Her recent work includes advising a nationwide agency on its property portfolio, representing banks, individuals and SMEs in secured financing matters and advising on the acquisition of a nationwide portfolio of pubs.
