Raghav Trivedi

Barrister, St Philips Chambers. Raghav specialises in business and property work with a particular emphasis on wills, trusts and probate and real estate litigation. He holds a particular strength in solving difficult problems, and is regularly instructed, in matters dealing with unique and complex relationships between the parties including such cases involving claims of proprietary estoppel, clogs on the equity of redemption and constructive and resulting trusts. Raghav is also regularly instructed in matters (whether Court work, advisory or drafting) involving bankruptcies and liquidations (and other forms of insolvency processes). In particular, he holds an expertise in dealing with cross-border insolvency issues including questions of foreign law and jurisdiction, as well as in matters involving an overlap between property and insolvency.
