Independent Safeguarder in the Adults with Incapacity Court and Curator ad litem in the Hearings of the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland. Sarah has practised in the areas of mental health and incapacity law since 2014. She is a member of the Law Society in Scotland’s Mental Health and Disability Sub Committee and the Law Society of Scotland’s Well-being Steering Group.
