Andrew Morley

Andrew is a Chartered Building Surveyor and former Chairman of an RICS Branch Division. He ran a building consultancy until co-founding a specialist service charge consultancy in 1992. Andrew was Managing Director when his company was acquired in 2016 and became Head of Real Estate within a division of the Bellrock Group. He continued to manage the service charge consultancy business together with other acquired businesses within the Real Estate Division. In 2025 he returned to running his own business, Morley Property Consulting Ltd.Andrew has a breadth of experience embracing construction, service charge consultancy, real estate advice and related accounting practice. He has acted as an expert witness on professional negligence claims, building disputes, service charge disputes, and as a quantum expert in the High Court. He has advised on and participated in various forms of ADR.
