UKIPO Address for Service Rules - All Change From January 2024
Introduction
On 1 January 2024, the UK Intellectual Property Office (‘UKIPO’) address for service rules will change.
Proprietors of comparable trade marks and re-registered designs will be required to provide a UK address for service if contentious proceedings are launched challenging those rights.
